If the jeeps weren’t still waiting in the ferry line in Galveston on the “other side,” they were parading up and down the beach over here in Crystal Beach. At 10 on Saturday morning, everyone gathered at the Tiki Beach Bar & Grill air strip for the annual pictures. Tiki prepared burritos and had donuts for all. The restaurants on the peninsula were bulging with hungry jeepers and in the evening, all the beach houses were partying or sleeping off all the partying. Hey Jeepers, one and all, we enjoyed having you – see you next year!
