Blue Skies Sky Diving offers tandem sky diving opportunities, so you can soar like a bird and feel the wind zoom by. Omar Bardales, owner of Blue Skies, and his team of instructors, take two tandem teams per flight up to nearly 11,000 feet altitude. After a 20 minute training session on the ground, divers, harnessed to an instructor, hop on a plane and, from 2 miles up in the sky, free fall for about 6000 adrenaline-charged feet. During this 45-50 seconds of free fall time, divers can reach speeds of 125-145 miles per hour. Then, a pull of the ripcord, and an exciting instructor-controlled descent to the ground.
