Congratulations to the winners of the raffle items that the cub scouts awarded at the Texas Crab Fest 2012. There were 5 winners. Carey and Peggy Rutledge of Cobb Real Estate won the single man Pelican Castaway kayak with 3 fishing pole holders. Other prizes were a 20 quart igloo cooler awarded to Byron of Brint Construction. Anthony Gaspard won the 5 man TC Island Tent, Robert Magant was awarded the Folding Academy Chair, and Ray Bower won a Propane Lantern. Thanks to those at the festival, Troup 102 of the Bolivar Peninsula raised $436.00 at the festival. Their goal was to have an all expense paid trip to go the Johnson Space Center in Houston this summer. The boys are really excited to be going now and thank the community for their support.
