It’s been Fun!

Reminiscing as we headed home to Bolivar, there was lots to say. The problem is, the thoughts are all jumbled in my heart and head. For one, I am so proud that RR has not strangled me. When I get nervous, I chatter and that is a bad thing when two Big Rigs are trying to pass us and make our home dance. Then of course there is the gasping. We have seen some beautiful country and met so many nice people from all states. This is our new way of life and many couples do this without too many problems. We will learn, I’m sure.

The United States of America is so beautiful and filled with wonderful kind and helpful people. All along the way we have met people and learned from each and every one. Most of all, I would like to thank Stephanie and Glenn, who started this trip with us. Hand holding is a wonderful thing and they did a great job.

There are things to fix on our home when we return, RR has already started a list. He is really good at lists. And so much to weed out, I never did wear a heavy coat or jacket, but I brought an all-weather jacket and purchased a sweat-hoodie along the way.

Rules to go by – and use in the future

1. Always check around the trailer twice. Some times you miss something. Just ask us, we know!

2. Always make sure all items in the trailer are in their proper place. Example: Toilet paper. If you do not put it away when traveling, there is no telling where it will end up! YOU will need to re-wind the entire NEW roll.

3. Make sure the pet bowels are picked up before bringing in the slides. It really makes a big mess if you don’t. Water and cat food do not mix too well.

4. NEVER and I mean never tell your loving husband, what a beautiful mountain that is in front of you. Guess what, you are going right over it!

5. Never pull the slides in before you put the pet in the carrier. You will never find her or it will take more time than the driver cares to spend.

6. Very important, never and I mean never, gasp at Anything, when He is driving. Does not matter if it is something beautiful or a horrible accident, just don’t DO IT!

You get the drift. Life is way to short not to have fun with these rules, make your own and add or sub-tract as you please.

Life is good.
