Yipes, here it is Thursday and I have nothing in my head to write about. Well there are several things that have happened this week that I could write about but I really do not think you want to hear the car repair story or the annual doctor visit. Have I told you about Momma Kitty? Well you see RR cannot resist a kitty meow of any kind. Let me tell you, Momma Kitty has a vocabulary of meows that will get your attention. She is the park kitty and makes sure we are free of varmints. Larry has been feeding her for years, but this spot we are in is also her go to spot for food and pets. So now we have one and a half kitties. Really we have two as RR and Momma Kitty are big buds now. 
Every morning he heads out the door with coffee, cigar, and a bowl of kitty food. She checks in at every camp site to make sure everyone knows she is here and that food would be appreciated. Larry calls her Bum Kitty!
Because of problems at the dealership with fixing my truck, I am on my second week of driving a current model loaner truck. This is not good, first off we really cannot afford a new car of any kind and second it would cut into our travel savings severely. I have almost figured out all the buttons and whistles. This truck is an econo something which means the engine dies every time you press on the brake and starts up again when you let off the brake. Weird, looks like to me it would make the starter go out faster. But what do I know, it is properly electronic and computerized, too.
We, RR and me, are on our second haul from the storage unit of family picture albums. I took two books to our youngest daughter last week and she has already started posting pictures of her first born that she did not have. I think this will work out well. I went through an album this morning from days at U of Colorado, Boulder, where I took summer classes for the Credit Unions I worked for. Oh what a hoot some of those pictures were and are. Only a Southerner would wear shorts to the top of Pikes Peak, there are two pictures of me, one heading to the peak and one at the top. First one is in shorts and tee shirt and the second one is shorts and sweatshirt, freezing.
Well I have taken up enough of your time this week, I’ll try for something more interesting next week. Truthfully, the story of the dealership and me is really interesting but not one I can write about! Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!
