They have left their mark on this great community and inside many of our homes. But they certainly aren’t done yet. Robin Kasiske and Laura Pierce, long time Bolivar residents, may be closing the doors to Tropical Accents, but their impact on Bolivar is ever present. Robin and Laura started this great adventure nine years ago, and this is their last week with Tropical Accents. It has been a favorite spot for visitors and residents alike, as we’re certain that many homes on the peninsula and beyond are decorated with Tropical Accent items. The one-of-a-kind home furnishings and tropical furniture store won the Bolivar Business of the Year in 2012. Though the doors are closing, Robin and Laura will still be around and involved in the community. You will surely see them around. Robin serves on the board for the Chamber of Commerce. And Laura is a charter member of the local Lions Club chapter. Great things are still to come from these lovely ladies. Thank you for allowing us all to stroll around Tropical Accents for 9 great years!
