Blessing of the Animals

You are invited to the second annual BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS! on Sunday, SEPTEMBER 30 at BAYVUE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH on Hwy. 87.

The blessing will be given by Pastor Marty Boddie. All animals, no matter their religious preferences, along with their Pack Leaders, are invited to attend this delightful event.

Dogs should be on leashes. Cats need to be in carriers; birds in cages. Large animals may wait outside for their blessings. Farm animals are welcome to attend. These outside creatures may be in carts or tethered to church railings.

Guests should arrive at 9:00 AM. Everyone can meet on the lawn outside Fellowship hall. Service will start at 9:15 AM. Snacks will be served after the blessings. There will be goodies for 4-legged and 2-legged folk who attend.

We hope that you will join us for this very special event. Our pets and animal helpers are so important to all of us. They certainly deserve a BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS!
