Christmas with Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation

By Linda Elissalde
Vicki and Wayne Mouton welcomed Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation members and guests to the glittering BPCF annual meeting and Christmas party at their beautiful home on HWY 87. Christmas decorations galore provided a seasonal party atmosphere. Twinkling lights, glorious Christmas tree, and a wooden soldier, who looked as if he could come alive and dance in The Nutcracker Ballet, created a magical theme throughout the house.

Everyone mingled while enjoying tasty appetizers, sparkling wines and other beverages. Each person received a ticket for possible wins of lovely poinsettia plants. Delighted Sharon Magana McCurdy won the lighthouse raffle. Others bought displayed jewelry and items.

Officers installed for 2020 are: President Ange Scheibel, Vice President Cat Holtzclaw, Treasurer Elinor Tinsley, Secretary Sherry Morgan, and Membership Marsha Fredenburg. Directors include Judy Ware, Anne Willis, and Azure Bevington.

BPCF Christmas party heralded a wonderful start for the Christmas Season and a promise of great things to come in 2020. A Merry Christmas to all from Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation!
