Congrats to High Island Grads 2018

They walked the stage, received their diplomas, and ventured into the next chapter of their lives. Congratulations to the High Island Graduating Class of 2018! On Friday, June 1st, fourteen seniors joined the ranks of those who came before them, successfully completing a high school career and looking forward to a bright future ahead. Salutatorian Abby Howarton and Valedictorian Jaden Bryan spoke to their classmates and families in attendance, recalling the hard work and dedication leading up to this big day. Many awards and scholarships were handed out to the worthy graduates by organizations in and around the community. It was an amazing show of accomplishment. Finally, the diplomas were presented, tassels were moved, and Superintendent Travis Grubbs declared the once seniors now Graduates.
