Jacob’s Ladder is a non-denominational twelve-month residential restoration program targeted at, but not exclusive to, the homeless or those struggling with addiction. Jacob’s Ladder is a residential program providing housing, meals, recreation, spiritual instruction, and life recovery classes. There is no charge to residents for their stay – YOUR STAY IS FREE at Jacob’s Ladder.
Work therapy is a key component in establishing a good work ethic, and Jacob’s Ladder residents give back to the community by providing manpower for group projects and community outreach to the less fortunate.
Upon graduation of the 12 month program and through community support, the resident has abundant opportunities available for jobs, careers and advanced education so they can become a positive and productive influence in their community.
Located on five secluded acres in High Island, Texas, less that two miles from the beach, facilities include a residential group home, workshop, and chapel.
