The Bolivar Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on Saturday to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of Rita’s & Cream in Crystal Beach. Rita’s & Cream originally opened in July 2014 serving a variety of Margaritas and Daiquiris, along with various ice cream and snow-cone concoctions. Over the years, they expanded their menu to include pizzas, wings, and other food items to accompany the beverages.
Recently, owners Bill and Linda Manley suspended business for a while in order to complete extensive remodeling of the kitchen and storeroom. With the renovations, Ritas & Cream is able to satisfy the whole family with an entirely new menu. From traditional Chicken Wings to specialty Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, from Chicken Strips to BBQ Brisket Sandwich. And downstairs on weekends, they are serving boiled shrimp and snow crab legs. Most importantly, grab a beverage, shake, or smoothie to enjoy in house or on the go.
Ritas & Cream is open 7 days a week: Mon-Thu 10am-7pm, Fri-Sat 10am-9pm, and Sun Noon-6pm.
