So to clarify ATV’s are legal to ride on the beach? I know there was a question of ROV’s and that ATV’s have always been illegal. MY understanding is ATV’s are now legal to drive (many signs up and down the beach specificaly listed ATV’s as illegal). I guess those signs are coming down.

  6. Frank McArthur says:

I would just like to thank everyone from Galveston County to all of us that have wanted to ride the beach. We all can work together on this and make it work. STAY OUT OF THE DUNES and respect property owners area. I myself will be out and about with my camera to take some shots on the beach. Drive safe, be respectfull and let’s all have fun.

  7. Don says:

GREAT NEWS! Most ATV drivers are the same folks that drive golf carts, not vandals. Fine ANYONE not obeying the Law!
