Huge turnout for Nancy

Nancy Morgan, long time resident of Crystal Beach, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. The Community of Crystal Beach joined together for the benefit held at Tiki Beach Bar & Grill last Saturday. More than 600 people flocked to Tiki, more than 200 gifts donated on her behalf to be silent and live auctioned away, more than $20,000 raised to benefit Nancy. Three Way Switch and The Port Arthur Playboys entertained the crowd, while Nancy looked on from her RV where she was being medically tended. BBQ was served by Chris & Karen Gatlin of Tiki. Nancy is spending the next 5 days at Clear Lake MD Anderson for her first round of radiation therapy. So many people have called who could not attend the event, so many wish to help. If you were not able to attend and would like to make a donation, an account has been opened at First Texas Bank in Nancy’s name. We’re praying for you Nancy … God Bless!
