Lend Me Some Sugar, I Am Your Neighbor

Okay, so maybe you’re not an Usher fan, maybe you don’t have any idea what I’m talking about. It was 20 years ago; Shake it like a polaroid picture. Half time show aside, what an exciting Super Bowl game Sunday night! I must admit, I’m not a true-blue football fan, but when the commercials are “not to be missed,” and the half time show is so outstanding, how could I possibly miss the show!

I will admit, I gave up along about the 4th quarter with seconds left to go. It was a back-and-forth score, KC, then the 49er’s. San Francisco scored the first touchdown and we thought that was going to be it! Then the Chiefs came back with a 3-pointer. I think this is about all that happened by half-time.

After Usher, the game got exciting, and KC was out to win and win they did. Of course, I didn’t find out until after the game was over and my husband told me KC won!

All throughout the game, it was fun to watch Taylor and her Buds. Every time Mr. Swift, I mean Travis, did something great, Taylor would cheer and jump up and down. Patrick Lavon Mahomes II wasn’t too shabby either! What a doll, I’ll bet his Mama is proud!

Oh my gosh, the commercials. I usually report on my favorites. So here goes:
Loved DunKings with J-Lo, Ben & Matt Damon
The Couch Potato Farm
Good Neighbaaa with Arnold and Danny DeVito
Etrade with the Picklebabies
Dina & Mita
The American Love Story – Volkswagen – 1949 – WOW!

All this aside, Reba was fantastic, too bad our TV and her voice weren’t in sync … Reba was beautiful!

Hey Ya! I hope y’all enjoyed XVIII as much as I did, hope your team won!
