We’ve made another great find on this peninsula! Home By The Sea is located on Hwy 87 between Surfside and Holiday Beach, you can’t miss the huge, colorful beach chair sitting outside. B. Bailey lovingly reigns over this totally beachy, bohemian and vintage shop, stocked to the ceiling with the most perfect treasures for your beach house, Coastal Living style. B resides in Dallas during the week, working as an office manager for a plastic surgeon. She is licensed in Real Estate and Home Staging, which is obvious from the inventory in the store and her own personal ideas.
B displays anything from mermaids, pillows, lamps, high-end furniture, bedding, vintage paintings, some one-of-a-kind antiques, and other creative findings she happens to run across. B also welcomes local art and creations to be sold in her store, and with this she asks me, “What do you do?” B thinks everyone has a creative talent…not here, sorry. We were in the shop today and I bought the figurehead and the chair and small table. Everything looks great. I wondered if I purchased a few items, you could keep them until I come back down to CB after the new year. Please let me know. I liked the orange small table with the coral and the blue small chest of drawers and the lamp with the parrot.
