My Sweetie surprised me with a dozen roses (I’m so glad I reminded him the week before …). Thanks to The Big Store for stocking up with flowers. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a venue that’s becoming one of our favorites, not to mention, the people running it are “two” of our favorites. I happened to stop by on my way back from town in the afternoon, wondering what I could do to help out for their BIG night. Roses to arrange, little vases for the tables, how much fun. We arrived a bit later than expected that evening, no problem, we were seated promptly, surrounded by people we knew. After talking over a distance to a group at another table, we were urged to join them. That is the way it happened, right George? Where to go, such a difficult choice, so many of our restaurants were offering lovely dinners. We have such a bounty of good people around us.
