Never ever have I had so much storage! My kitchen counters are longer and bigger than any I have ever had, even with that custom-built home. I have huge drawers in the kitchen and closets, BUT every one had stuff and junk in them. The kitchen counters are cluttered and every drawer is full! I must say, 4 drawers and 2 big cabinets are full of tools and RR stuff. I’m sure I’ll figure most of this out. Every day I put stuff up and during the night the junk fairy comes in and makes a really big mess.
We even have an office room with two desks, of course we could not share, lol. So now, I have two desks and a bunch of file folders that properly have duplicate items. RR was very organized. He had a folder for everything in the kitchen, I have a file called House. RR had a file for each tool, such as drills, saws and etc. I have a large folder titled “Tools.” Needless to say, we must have 500 file folders. Of course, mine are bright colored and his are Army Green.
This year, I’m not going all out with 57 years of decorations. I purchased a small tree, a box of lights, and small ornaments. 
Two reasons, one RR is not here to decorate with me and two I have two extremely curious cats. I saw a tree at Hobby Lobby that was naked just limbs. I came so close to purchasing it, but at last I came to my senses and purchased the 3-foot tree.
With the above said, I now have two Christmas trees and lots of lights and decorations. All of the decorations in the attic are staying there and the over 7-foot tree is stuffed in a closet. But, I do have both of the wreaths on the doors. I must confess, the new autumn wreaths are in the bags that the Christmas ones were in.
