The bad thing about beautiful days like today is you open the windows and see all the dust and cat/dog hair! How rude! RR is off on a fun trip with his BFF. So it gives me time to sort, spindle and throw away our stuff. I know he will never miss it, hehe. I also need to head to the storage unit as we made such a mess last time we were there, I’ll never find anything.
Then of course, it is time to decorate. Excuse me, how do I decorate when there is NO room for even a tree? While RR is away I have sat in the ole recliner and studied how to accomplish this feat. OK, a lot of garland here and there and hang all that stuff on the garland, then where do I plug in the lights and so on? If I did not need to put nails in the wood trim I would have all this done before he get home. Now, being smarter than your average bear, I know better than to find the hammer and nails. So, I guess I will wait till he gets home, darn.
So I guess I will get back to cleaning and dusting and mopping and all that other fun stuff that happens when you open just one lil’ window.
