Fishing Report For Mar 18 to Mar 25 2013

By Ed Snyder/Outdoors

Summary: This past week started great with mega-specks hitting early.  But the chill of another cold front blew in to ebb the bite.  A painfully slow warm up brought the bite back.  Presently the surf temp is in the mid 60s providing good action for drum, reds, sand trout, sheepshead and flounder.  If the warming trend continues the Spring Bite should heat up providing good fishing action at the pass.
