Patsy Horn uses fun DVDs to lead the Easy Exercises groups. Certified Zumba Instructor Mary Hernandez teaches Gentle Zumba. Try one! Try all! We looked good in 2013. We will look fantastic in 2014!

Thank you for your responses. There is no charge for the exercise classes. From time to time, we do donate $5.00 to the Gentle Zumba classes. This always goes to a charity. Neither of these are for profit classes.
Leslie, I wish you could continue to come to the groups. We have no evening classes at this time.
