Squatters on the beach

carlisFox News Houston VIDEO INTERVIEW with County Commissioner Ryan Dennard and Bolivar Resident Carlis Cole regarding legislation to establish length of stay allowed for camping on Bolivar Beaches. Dennard says, “from time to time we do have people who will stay a really long time in the same place. I think everyone agrees that at some point, camping becomes living, but the law does not define when that happens.”

We do not need any more government regulations it won’t stop with camping rules. Just bring your torches and pitch forks we can convince them to move on.

Lili and I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Fox 4 on this issue. I do not agree that people should have to pay to camp on our wonderful open Texas beaches. We do not want to be like some places where people have to pay to use their own beaches.

I do think that everyone who enjoys our delightful place should keep it clean! Please come and visit. Please clean up before you leave.
